Larry Gaynor founded TNG Worldwide in 1985 and is the Founder and CEO. Gaynor leads TNG with its mission of 100% Customer Success. TNG is a Gallup-trained organization that focuses on its employees’ strengths and is what helped to make TNG a leader in the beauty industry.

TNG’s best-selling brands include ForPro Professional Collection and Ginger Lily Farms. TNG manufacturers more than 1000 products and continues to lead the beauty industry in new product innovation. TNG is an Amazon Top 200 Beauty Reseller.

Larry and his wife Teresa, encourage a strong commitment to investing back into the community. They supported building the Pavilion and Entrepreneurial Lab at MSU which opened in September 2019. TNG was the founding sponsor of American Cancer Society STRIDES event in Detroit and raised more than $2 Million.

Larry’s first book, Take A Chance!, was written for new and existing entrepreneurs and offers 101 entrepreneurial lessons along with Larry’s story about being a beauty entrepreneur for more than 50 years. Pre-release is January 4, 2024 and official release is April 9, 2024

Larry won the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2001 and has won numerous awards for best company to work for. When he’s not innovating new products, Larry loves to play chess and is open to any chess challenge!
