Along the way, he dot.commed, helped launch Wikipedia, counted the microjoules per instruction on a Palm 3, and started the marketing and partnership teams at FreshBooks and Olark live chat. He founded the Cloud Software Association, the network of 5,000 SaaS partnership professionals in 2009.
